Common questions
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Ask your hospital administrator to reset it, or email support@sehatnxt.com from your registered email address.
How do I add a doctor or staff member?
The hospital owner or administrator can invite staff from the staff section of the app and choose their role. Each person sees only what their role allows.
How do I set up ABDM / ABHA?
Open Settings → ABDM / ABHA in the app and follow the steps. Our team can help you connect your facility; contact support with your hospital name.
Can I export or delete my hospital’s records?
Yes. The hospital owner can download all records or delete records from Settings → Data & privacy. Deleting always asks for confirmation.
