What a hospital chain needs from its software
Once there are two or more branches, the owner can no longer see the business by walking through it. Numbers arrive by phone or spreadsheet, each branch counts patients its own way, and comparing one branch with another takes days.
- One view of all branches for the same period, without asking each manager.
- Figures that mean the same thing everywhere. If one branch counts repeat patients and another does not, comparisons are useless.
- Doctor performance read correctly. A doctor's own revenue must not be confused with the revenue of the whole branch.
- Control over patient data at each branch: how long records are kept, and a full copy before anything is deleted.
- Branches that keep working on their own, with their own queues, admissions and billing.
How Sehat Nxt fits
The multi-branch dashboard, called the Superior Dashboard, opens for owners of two or more hospitals or branches on Sehat Nxt. The overview shows totals for all branches for a preset period or custom dates, from today to all time. The Branches, Patients, Doctors and Staff, and Revenue pages break the figures down, and any branch can be opened on its own.
The dashboard uses fixed terms. OPD visits counts every OPD token that was not cancelled. Unique patients counts each person once, however many times they visited. A doctor's own revenue is that doctor's fees and the bills of their own visits, kept separate from branch revenue.
Figures come from each branch's live OPD queue and hospital billing, so they match what the branch sees in its own reports. The dashboard is for analytics; each branch keeps running its own screens.
Under Data and privacy, the owner can download a branch's patient records as a ZIP, delete all records or only some days, or set nightly auto-delete rules. Deleting needs the owner and an explicit confirmation; admitted patients are never auto-deleted, and hospital settings, staff and price lists are never deleted. The owner can also ask the Nxt AI voice assistant for any branch's figures, and staff and roles keeps each branch's team on its own logins.
