How it works
- An owner with two or more hospitals or branches in Sehat Nxt opens the Superior Dashboard.
- The overview shows totals for all branches for the chosen period, from today to all time.
- The owner drills into Branches, Patients, Doctors and Staff, or Revenue.
- Any branch can be opened on its own for a closer look.
- Under Data and privacy, the owner manages each branch's patient records.
Who it is for
It is for doctor-owners and hospital groups that run several branches and want one honest view of how each branch is doing, without calling each branch manager for numbers.
The dashboard is for analytics. Each branch keeps running its own queue, billing and IPD in the normal Sehat Nxt screens.
Terms used on the dashboard

Owner controls for patient data
Data and privacy lets an owner decide how long each branch keeps patient records. The owner can set nightly auto-delete rules, such as deleting records older than a number of days or keeping only the latest number of patients, with limits per doctor if needed.
Admitted patients are never auto-deleted. Before any deletion, the owner can download the branch's records, and deleting by voice through Nxt AI needs an explicit confirmation phrase, not a plain yes.
Deletion removes patient records only. The hospital itself, its settings, staff, wards, price lists and stock are never deleted, so a branch keeps working the next morning.
Every deletion runs in the background in batches, and the owner sees what was removed.
How it connects to other modules
Figures come from each branch's live OPD queue and hospital billing. Owners can ask for the same figures by voice through the Nxt AI voice assistant. Plans from ₹999 per month.

Can I delete patient data for one branch only?
Yes. Under Data and privacy, the owner can delete all records of a branch or only certain days, after an explicit confirmation. Settings, staff and price lists are never deleted.
Can I download a branch's patient records?
Yes. The owner can download all patient records of a branch as a ZIP file with a CSV per table and the stored files.
