- The owner creates the hospital in Sehat Nxt and becomes its owner.
- Doctors join the hospital or are added by the owner; staff are added with their role.
- The owner sets which modules each person can open.
- Each person signs in and sees only their own screens: the queue for reception, the consultation screen for doctors, the billing desk for billing staff.
- Staff HR keeps profiles, attendance, leave and payroll for the team.
Who it is for
It is for clinic owners and hospital administrators who want each staff member to see what they need and nothing more. It also suits doctors who work at more than one hospital, because each facility keeps its own settings for that doctor.

How do module permissions work?
Each login has a role, and each staff member also has a set of modules the owner has switched on: OPD, IPD, online consultation, chat, billing, staff, inventory, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy. A receptionist can run the queue without seeing billing, and a lab technician sees only the lab.
Adding doctors and staff
An owner can create a doctor's account directly, or a doctor can ask to join an existing hospital. New doctors and receptionists wait for approval before they can work in the hospital, and doctors can upload verification documents.
For staff who do not use their own phone number to sign in, the owner can assign a password from staff HR. Each staff profile can carry a photo, so the team directory is easy to recognise.
When a staff member leaves, the owner removes their access without touching the patient records they worked on.
Staff chat sits inside the same software, so messages about a patient or a shift do not go to personal phones.
Owners can also see the team by role in separate lists for doctors, coordinators, nurses and accounts staff, which makes it easy to check who has access to what.
