HMS total cost formula
Total cost = subscription for each year (monthly × 12, rising by the yearly increase) + setup + training + hardware
Worked example
A clinic on a ₹999 monthly plan with a 5% yearly increase pays about ₹11,988 in year one, ₹12,587 in year two and ₹13,217 in year three: about ₹37,792 in subscriptions. With ₹25,000 for a computer and printer, the three-year total is about ₹62,792, or roughly ₹1,744 a month.
Use the same inputs for every option you are comparing, including one-time licences with yearly maintenance. Read the HMS cost guide for typical market prices and free vs paid HMS for what a free plan leaves out. Sehat Nxt plans start from ₹999 per month; see pricing.
