How it works
- The patient opens www.sehatnxt.com or the Sehat Nxt mobile app and searches for a doctor or hospital.
- They pick a slot and verify their mobile number with an OTP to book.
- On the visit day, they follow the live queue and leave home closer to their turn.
- After the visit, the prescription appears in their reports.
- Hospital bills and payments are available in their account.
Who it is for
This page is for hospital owners and doctors deciding whether the patient experience is worth it. Your patients use the app; your front desk gets fewer calls asking about timings and waiting.
Walk-in patients can also follow their visit once the front desk has issued a token, so live tracking is not limited to online bookings.
Key capabilities
- Doctor and hospital directory that patients can browse without an account.
- OPD booking with OTP verification at booking, and online payment where the hospital has turned it on.
- Live token tracking: token in the room, tokens ahead, expected wait, doctor breaks and a rough travel time.
- Track a visit for walk-in tokens issued at the counter.
- Appointments: see upcoming and past visits, cancel, or move to the next available slot.
- Online consultations: book video slots and join the video room.
- My reports: prescriptions from the doctor, searchable and sorted by date.
- Hospital bills and payments in the patient's account.
- Family members: several people can be booked from one mobile number, each with their own record.

Privacy for patients
Patients sign in with their mobile number and an OTP, and see only their own and their family members' bookings, prescriptions and bills. Patient data is hosted on servers in India.
Patients can also ask to delete their account from the app. Records held by the hospital stay under the hospital's own data settings.
For hospitals, this means patients get their information directly instead of calling the front desk for every token number or bill copy.
The patient side also includes a help and support section, and the patient website can be used in Hindi or English. Patients who prefer the browser do not need to install anything; the mobile app gives the same booking and live tracking for patients who visit often.
Doctors and hospitals appear in the directory with their details, so new patients can find them and book without calling.
How it connects to other modules
Bookings go into the live OPD queue and follow the rules set in appointments. Video visits come from teleconsultation, and prescriptions come from EMR and digital prescription.

Do patients have to log in to see doctors?
No. Patients can browse doctors and hospitals without logging in. They verify their mobile number with an OTP only when they book.
Can a walk-in patient track their token?
Yes. Once the front desk issues a token, the patient can follow that visit live.
Can one mobile number book for the whole family?
Yes. Several family members can be booked from one mobile number, and each person keeps their own record at the hospital.
